Hello gorgeous!
I hope this Monday (or whenever you are reading this) finds you feeling nourished and supported. We just had a full moon in Virgo over the weekend…How you feelin? I am tiiiiired. What else is new? But really I am grateful for all of the insights I have received over the weekend about where I’m at emotionally and where I am headed. I am really proud of myself for coming on here consistently and sharing Meditation Monday series with you. Keeping promises you make to yourself really builds confidence. It just feels good when you are being in service to your soul and that’s why all things Vow to be Fierce® does for me.
On Saturday, I held a journaling session inside our membership and it was so good. Mostly everything I had planned went out the window lol because I am learning to trust myself to go with what feels right in the moment. And the idea to pull an oracle card and have everyone journal what it means to them and what came up for them was really special because it allowed people to listen and trust their one intuition. I’m all about that. Trust yourself. You know what is best for you. You have all the answers you are seeking within yourself. Sometimes we do have to quiet the chaos around us to really listen to what’s happening in our internal world.
And so this leads me to today’s meditation prompt…
What is your anchor?
According to University of Wisconsin Integrative Health a “spiritual anchor” is something that helps keep us grounded, connected to what matters most, and able to cope with the challenges that life brings. It does so by reminding us of what gives us meaning in life and that there is something “bigger than us,” two main components of spirituality.
And so I invite you to close your eyes and envision what your spiritual anchor is? What keeps you going? what grounds you? what brings you back when you go into dark spaces? what are you most grateful for? This can be a word, a thought, a person, an image, a sound, a part of you, whatever feels right for YOU.
Have a beautiful week. Stay grounded. Stay healthy.
XOXO
Kayla
