I’m over it. Are you?

I’m so over a lot of things. I am over playing small. I am over being afraid of doing the thing I know I am meant to do. I am over gossip and drama. I am over limiting myself into thinking the things I want are out of reach. I am over complaints and negativity. I’m over it.

I’ve had a LOT of time to think about the type of life I want to live and the woman I want to be and the conclusion I’ve come to is I already am. We get so caught up into planning and thinking that we forget to be in the present moment. We forget to cherish what’s really important. We forget we are exactly where we need to be in our journey.

Is getting the last word in an argument gonna make you this grand person? Is worrying about things outside of your control really going to make a difference? Is holding yourself back really going to protect you? No.

So why do we allow fear to control our actions? Cause it feels easier. It feels easy to give in to temptation. It feels easy to give in to procrastination. It feels easy to remain stagnant because you think it requires no effort. Wrong. Everything we do requires effort.  No action is action. Not speaking up is a choice. Putting off your dreams causes more stress than you realize. Your spirit is naturally working behind the scenes to feed you ideas and visions for your best life. If we ignore them, we are telling ourselves we are not worthy of all the amazing things and opportunities we truly crave.   What are you over? And what are you going to do about it to get back on your spirit track? Let me know in the comments.
